REFINED CORN OIL
Refined corn oil is obtained from corn germ (Zea mays) and undergoes a refining, bleaching and deodorization process (RBD – Refined, Bleached, Deodorized), resulting in a pure oil with a neutral flavor and high stability. Rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, it is widely used in the food industry for frying, margarines, mayonnaises, sauces and snacks. It is also valued for its resistance to oxidation and for withstanding high temperatures without losing quality.
